Tips for a great experience:

What should you expect? We will visit your home on the day of your scheduled pickup between dawn and dusk. If you require us to come during a certain time that day, please contact us to arrange that. You do not need to be home when we visit as long as we can access your yard.
What is important to you? It’s our goal to delight you. If you have any special instructions or preferences for your pickup just send us an email or a text.
Help us help you! We want to spend more time picking up your pets waste and less time organizing so please make sure that your lawn is as clear as possible before our arrival.
Not going to be home? Please make sure to give us entry instructions (gate key, combination, other instructions for entry to your yard) If you need to give us a key to your yard, give us a call and we will arrange a pickup for you.
Need to reschedule or cancel? We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours of notice.
Question or Concern? If at anytime you have a question or concern as always just send us an email or a text.


GETTING STARTED

By using our secure online booking form you can book the date and time that you want us to clean your home. It’s simple and it will only take you 60 seconds. You will receive a confirmation email after you book your cleaning. Contact our customer happiness team if you have any issues at all, we’re happy to help.

When you book a service with us your account is automatically created for you.

After you have completed your online booking you will receive a confirmation email with the booking details. We do this to reassure you that your booking has gone through successfully. We will then assign a crew member to your home. We also send email and text message reminders to you before the pickup day, to make sure you don’t forget we will be coming!

We service many towns in the Middlesex County area. For a complete list of towns that we service check out the Where We Service page.

We will come by on a regular schedule to keep your yard free of dog waste. Dog waste is scooped off your lawn into a biodegradable trash bag and disposed of in your trash can. For an extra charge we will completely remove the waste from your home and dispose of it safely. Odor Elimination service is not included in the weekly pickup service.

Our pricing structure is simple. We charge a flat rate based on the number of times a week you'd like us to come by to pickup your dogs waste from your yard. No Quotes. No Surprises. No Lock-In Contracts.

Yes! We bring all of our own supplies, you don’t need a thing. We make sure all of our crew are equipped with all of the right tools to tackle any waste pickup task.

Yes your payment information is required for booking.

Yes. You can simply respond to your confirmation email with your request or contact us via email, text or our live chat.

Yes! At Paws Pickup, we love pets and all of our crew have been trained to properly deal with your furry family members. However, if you are concerned that your pet/pets will not be friendly please keep them indoors when we arrive.

PRICING & POLICIES

We sure do! We offer a 5% discount to seniors and those with service dogs. We also offer a 5% discount to Military, Fire, Police & EMS workers. Contact us if you qualify and we will add the appropriate discount to your account.

There is also a discount for 6 month pre-payment of 10% and a 15% discount for 1 year pre-payment. Offers can not be combined and are not valid with any other offers.

When logged into your account you will see your outstanding gift cards and their balances.

Yes. Simply enter the coupon code in the booking form and your balance will automatically be updated to reflect that coupons discount.

Some discounts are for first time customers only and some are for recurring customers only. In addition, some discounts are only one-time, and will not work for future service. There might be a couple reasons why a specific discount code no longer works. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard & Discover) as well as Debit cards for your payment.

No. For safety and convenience all payments are cashless.

Simply enter the coupon code on the booking form when asked and your discount will automatically be applied to your booking.

We will do our best to accommodate these requests but do to the circumstances and schedules of our cleaning crew, their availability may be subject to change. We will normally keep sending a crew member to your home that you andyour pets are familiar and comfortable with and who is familiar with cleaning your yard.

Please provide us with 24 hours of notice when cancelling an appointment. Contact us if you have any trouble, we’re here to help.

We operate year-round and provide waste pick up whenever it's safe for our pick up crews to go out. Heavy snow, ice or rain can cause dangerous and muddy situations so occasionally due to weather we will halt service on a day-to-day basis based on the current weather conditions. Depending on your service plans frequency we will come out on a rescheduled day to make up the service that was missed.

No. We do not provide service on the major holidays. If your service falls on a holiday, we will inform you in advance when your service will be rescheduled to. After the holiday service will then resume on the normal schedule.

You can change your credit card by logging into your account and updating your card on file. This will then be your card used for billing.

You can change your address by logging into your account and updating your address in your upcoming bookings. Alternatively you can can give us a call and we will update your address for you.

TRUST & SAFETY

We know inviting someone into your yard is a big deal. All of our crew members are interviewed in-person and receive training from our very best crew members. Less than 10% of all the people that apply end up becoming a Waste Management Professional at Paws Pickup.

If something goes wrong our customer happiness team will make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

We have 3 levels of security in place to protect your information. First off our booking page is protected by SSL Validation. Secondly our booking form has it’s own layer of 256-bit SSL encryption (just like online banks use). Third our credit card transactions are processed securely by Stripe which also has their own 256-bit security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system. Rest assured we take security very, very seriously.

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, let us know and we will make it right. If you still wouldn't recommend us, we will give you a refund for that week.
1.) Contact us within 24 hours of your service and let us know of any concerns or issues.
2.) We will schedule another waste pickup for you on a day and time convenient to you, you at no cost to you.
3.) A team will return to your home and address the areas of concern.
4.) After the re-cleaning, if you are still unhappy with the service and we're not able to address your concerns we will provide you with a refund for the price paid for that week of service.

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, let us know and we will make it right. If after your re-clean is completed you still wouldn't recommend us, we will offer you a full refund.
